(1)  A primary attachment point is either a "no jump", "one jump" or
"multiple jump" attachment point.

(2)  A secondary attachment point is either a "no jump" or "jumps over"
attachment point.

(3)  There is at least one attachment point that is a "no jump" or "one
jump" attachment point.

(4)  For primary, secondary, tertiary, etc. attachment points, a "no jump"
attachment point is followed by a "jumps over" attachment point, the
"jumps over" attachment point is followed by a "one jump" or "multiple
jump" attachment point, the "one jump" or "multiple jump" attachment
point is followed by a "no jump" attachment point, etc.

(5)  Loop order equals order for a "one jump" attachment point.

(6)  There are no isolated "jumps over" attachment points.

(7)  Let "P" denote the primary attachment point in a loop with the largest
absolute value.	"still determines order" indicates that 4|P| determines
the order of the extended sequence even though the absolute value of
the odd natural number before P is less than order/6.  Some possible
explanations ("interrelated loop", "primary and secondary attachment
points", and "primary, secondary, and tertiary attachment points") are
given when 4|P| doesn't determine the order of the extended sequence.
